How Pricing Works
Per Signature
Washington state notarization fee per signature, per document. This rate is the same regardless of your location.
Travel Fee
$50 for Gig Harbor, flat rate for other areas. Covers our drive time and mileage. No per-mile charges. One fee per trip regardless of document count.
After Hours
Evenings after 7 PM and Sundays. Holiday service is 2x the travel fee. Saturday appointments during business hours have no surcharge.
Example: A notarization with 3 signatures in Gig Harbor costs $15 × 3 + $50 travel = $95 total.
