Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you while respecting the time our notary has reserved for your appointment.
Free Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours notice at no charge
- One free reschedule within 4–24 hours of your appointment

Late Cancellation Fees

| 4–24 hours before appointment | $35 (waived for first-time reschedule) |
| Under 4 hours before appointment | $50 |
| After our notary has departed | Full travel fee + $50 |
| No-show (after 15-minute wait) | $75 or 50% of total service fee, whichever is greater |
| Cancellation at appointment location | Full service fee |
Non-Refundable Items
Once incurred, the following fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:
- Document printing costs
- Rush service premiums
- After-hours/weekend premiums already applied
- Third-party fees (apostille filing fees, translation service fees)

Cancellations are confirmed when you receive acknowledgment from us. Leaving a voicemail does not constitute confirmed cancellation.
Inclement Weather & Emergencies
We may need to reschedule appointments due to severe weather or road conditions for safety. In these cases, no cancellation fees apply and we will work with you to find the next available time.
Refund Processing
Cancellation fees are charged to the payment method on file. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.
